Millions of orphans and other vulnerable children across South Africa will have no opportunity to enjoy the thrill of the football festival taking over their country this summer, but for thousands in the township of Munsieville, near Johannesburg, the Project HOPE UK promoted “International Children’s Cup” means they can not only enjoy “the beautiful game” - they can be the starts. 32 teams of children will represent the nations of the World Cup, playing 64 games in one special community united in hope for a better future.
